SET THE ROADRUNNER FOLDER ICON ON WINDOWS
=========================================
A .zip file can't carry Windows file attributes, so Windows needs one
quick step before it shows the custom icon.

EASY WAY (Properties - no typing)
1. Unzip Speedy-List-Folder.zip somewhere you like (Desktop works great).
2. Right-click the "Speedy List" folder > Properties > Customize tab.
3. Click "Change Icon..." > "Browse..." and pick folder.ico inside
the Speedy List folder. Click OK, then Apply.
(Windows writes its own hidden desktop.ini for you.)

COMMAND WAY (uses the included desktop.ini)
1. Unzip Speedy-List-Folder.zip.
2. Open Command Prompt in the folder that CONTAINS "Speedy List"
(e.g. your Desktop) and run these three lines:

     attrib +h +s "Speedy List\desktop.ini"
     attrib +h "Speedy List\folder.ico"
     attrib +r "Speedy List"

   - desktop.ini must be Hidden + System so Windows reads it.
   - The folder itself needs the Read-only (or System) attribute
before Explorer will honor desktop.ini. This does NOT make the
     files inside read-only.
3. Icon not showing yet? Explorer caches icons. Press F5, sign out and
back in, or restart Explorer from Task Manager.

To undo: attrib -r "Speedy List" and delete desktop.ini.
